FEATURES
It is non solvent single component moisture curing RTV silicone rubber. It has quick curing and no
corrosion. It has good toughness and high bonding strength. Excellent electrical insulation, and
has shock resistance and moisture resistance. It is suitable for working temperature between -60
and 200℃.
APPLICATION
1. Bonding and waterproof sealing of guardrail pipe in photoelectric industry.
2. Bonding and sealing of engineering plastics, metals, glass and ceramics etc.
3. It is used for bonding, positioning and reinforcing of electronic components on electronic circuit
board.

Usage method
1. Must be glued or coated with the surface clean, remove rust, dust and oil etc.
2. The first set on the mouth, and then cut into the size of the rubber mouth. Then glue onto the
surface has been cleaned, the uniform distribution will be the sticky surface can be folded and fixed.
3. The bonded parts are placed open and room temperature curing can be put into use after 24 hours.
ATTENTION
1. It can be cured with moist air, and in a large area of the occasion may take a long time.
2. After the operation of the bonding process is completed, the rubber should be tightened immediately
after the operation is finished. If the seal has a little crust, remove it.
3. Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothing. Wash immediately with soap and water after contact
with skin. If you accidentally splashed into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water, and
medical treatment.
4. The use of glue dispensing machine. The end of the job should be immersed in the container dispensing
needle containing silicone oil to prevent clogging of curing head.
PACKAGING, STORAGE
Product shall be ideally stored in a cool. At 10-25℃, the unopened container remains dry for a period
of 12 months.
