The HT16C22/HT16C22G device is a memory Features

patterns (44 segments and 4commons). The software
configuration feature of the HT16C22/HT16C22G
makes it suitable for multiple LCD applications
including LCD modules and display subsystems. The
HT16C22/HT16C22G device communicates with
most microprocessors / microcontrollers via a twoline bidirectional I2C-bus.
